How do I track my order?

Once we ship your order we will update the shipping tracking number and you'll get an email telling you how soon you'll get your order. 

 

What are your delivery options?
We use USPS to ship, unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale. 

How do I return an item?

Please contact us prior to any returns. Refunds will only be given up to 14 days after purchases. 

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return / exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Art Glass By Eileen will ship the exchanged item(s) to the customer in the Continental US via USPS shipping without any additional charge to the customer.

Sale Returns--All Sale items are final sales.

What is your shipping policy?

In stock items: Receive your order 5-7 business days from the estimated shipping date. 

Most items are in stock and ready ship within 24 hours, but some exclusions may apply.  

Do you provide International delivery?

No, we do not offer International delivery at this time.
